Applying for beta access

Use the application form rather than email — it asks the things the review actually needs, and an emailed application just gets turned into one. Applications are reviewed weekly and everybody gets an answer. If you applied and have not heard back after two weeks, write to us and say which email address you used.

Access problems

Need help with your application or something on this site? Tell us what the page said, word for word, and which email address you applied with. Never send a seed phrase, a private key or a recovery phrase — we will never ask, and anyone who does is not us.

Security

If you have found a vulnerability, please tell us before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Send what you found, how to reproduce it, and what you think the impact is. We will confirm receipt, keep you updated, and credit you if you would like to be credited.

Please do not run automated scans against the production site, do not access or modify anyone else's data, and do not degrade the service for other people while testing.

Data requests

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion — see Privacy for what that covers. Say which email address you applied with.

What we will never do

• Ask for a seed phrase, a private key or a recovery phrase — for any reason, ever.
• Ask you to approve a token or send funds in order to apply for beta access.
• Send you a "wallet validation" or "sync" link. There is no such thing.
• Contact you first on Telegram, Discord or X asking you to connect a wallet.

If something claiming to be AlphaBridge does any of those, it is a scam. Forward it to us and we will warn people.
