1 · What AlphaBridge is

AlphaBridge assembles market intelligence about real-world assets and crypto markets and presents what independent analysis layers agree and disagree on. It is a tool for forming your own view.

2 · What AlphaBridge is not

• It is not financial advice. We are not your adviser, broker or dealer. Nothing on this site or in the product is a personal recommendation, and none of it takes account of your circumstances, objectives or needs.
• It is not a signals service. Where the product states a level, a direction or a setup, it is describing what an analysis produced — not instructing you to act.
• It is not a custodian or an exchange. We never hold your funds and never take custody of your assets.
• It does not manage money. Every decision and every trade is yours.

Trading carries risk, including the loss of your entire capital. Past behaviour of any market or any analysis is not a guide to future results. If you need advice, take it from someone licensed to give it in your jurisdiction.

3 · Demonstrations are demonstrations

Parts of this site simulate how AlphaBridge reasons — the Gold agent demonstration in particular. Everything simulated is labelled as such on the screen it appears on. Demo levels are not current recommendations, were not necessarily ever live, and must not be traded. Where the site shows a figure read from a live source, it says so and names the source; where it cannot read that source, it shows nothing rather than a stale or assumed number.

4 · Beta and founding access

• Applying does not guarantee a place. Places are selected on fit and activity.
• Access is decided by AlphaBridge after review. It is never decided in your browser, and no link, key or invitation shared with you grants it.
• Beta and founding access are access to features under the rules we publish. They are not a token entitlement, a security, a share, or a claim on anything.
• Access may be changed, suspended or withdrawn — for abuse, for a breach of these terms, or because the programme itself changes. Where we can give notice, we will.
• Descriptions of access levels are descriptions of what we intend to provide during a beta. They are not a service-level guarantee.

5 · ALPHB and eligibility

ALPHB is an access token. Holding it is one of the ways a person may reach a capability level in the product.

• Eligibility is not an allocation. Where the site describes eligibility for a future campaign, it means eligibility only: no amount, no date and no distribution is promised, and nothing on this site entitles anyone to receive ALPHB.
• Any campaign runs under rules AlphaBridge publishes in advance, subject to verification and anti-abuse controls, and may be changed or withdrawn.
• We make no representation that ALPHB, or anything else, will hold or increase in value. Prices shown for the founding sale describe our own offer, on a published curve, and are not a forecast, a target, or a statement about any market price.
• Token transactions happen on a public blockchain, are irreversible, and are yours to make. Check the contract address yourself before sending anything anywhere.

6 · Your device and your wallet

You are responsible for the security of your wallet and your device. AlphaBridge will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key or a recovery phrase, and will never ask you to approve a token or send funds in order to apply for beta access. The public site does not connect your wallet or grant product access.

7 · Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of AlphaBridge; do not impersonate anyone; do not submit applications on someone else's behalf without their knowledge; do not use the product to break the law where you are. We may suspend access for any of these.

8 · Beta software

This is a controlled beta. Things will break, change shape, or be removed. The site and the product are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, and we do not warrant that anything on them is accurate, complete or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of them — and nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

9 · Other people's sites

We link to block explorers, exchanges, a game and other third-party services. We do not control them, and their terms and policies are their own.

10 · Changes

These terms will change as the product does. The date at the top moves when they do, and material changes will be said plainly rather than slipped in.

11 · Who we are, and which law applies

AlphaBridge is operated by the AlphaBridge team. Contact: admin@alphabridge.live. Our registered company details and the governing law and jurisdiction for these terms are being finalised with counsel and will be published here before general launch. We have left this paragraph honest rather than filling it with something unconfirmed.
