The founding curve

Founding sale · Not open

Every order is charged exactly where the curve sits. Then the sale stops — 60,000,000 is a hard ceiling in the contract.

Get test USDC

Circle's faucet gives 20 USDC on Arbitrum Sepolia every two hours, no account. You'll also need a little Sepolia ETH for gas.

Voucher

Founding purchases are authorised per participant. One signature from AlphaBridge — it caps you at 450,000 across every wallet you use, and nothing personal goes on chain.

Approve

Approve up to your maximum authorised cost — the live quote plus a small cushion. You are charged the exact curve price. Never an unlimited approval.

Buy

USDC to the treasury, ALPHB to you — one transaction, or nothing moves. If the curve moved past your maximum first, it reverts instead of overcharging.

Questions

Straight answers.

What am I buying?

ALPHB — the access key to AlphaBridge. Hold 150,000 alongside a Premium membership and you unlock ALPHB Max, the highest capability tier. It's never spent; the system only reads your balance.

When do I get my tokens?

In the same transaction as your payment. There's no claim step, no vesting and no waiting. If the token leg can't complete, the USDC leg doesn't either.

How is the price set?

By a curve written into the contract: $75 per 150,000 at the start, rising in a straight line to $125 per 150,000 by the 60,000,000th token. Your order is priced exactly where the curve sits when it lands, token by token. Nothing is ever charged at a cliff, and splitting an order into pieces cannot change what you pay beyond rounding. The sale price is not a promise of future market price.

Can I be charged more than the quote?

No. Your purchase carries the maximum you authorised — the live quote plus a small cushion — and a deadline. If another purchase moves the curve past your maximum before yours lands, the transaction reverts and nothing moves. You are always charged the exact curve price, never the maximum.

What is the voucher?

Founding purchases are authorised per participant, not per wallet. AlphaBridge signs a short-lived voucher for your wallet that carries an opaque participant id — no email, name or anything personal goes on chain. The contract counts every purchase against that id, so using more wallets does not raise the 450,000 cap.

Is there a cap?

450,000 ALPHB per participant across the whole sale — three ALPHB Max holdings — and 60,000,000 for the sale in total, a hard ceiling in the contract. The minimum is 150,000, one full ALPHB Max holding.

Who controls the contract?

The sale contract is pausable by AlphaBridge and pulls ALPHB from the treasury through an allowance the treasury can revoke. It never holds your USDC, its treasury address cannot be changed, and its curve, minimum, cap and ceiling are fixed at deployment. ALPHB itself is immutable — no owner, no mint, no pause. Every address is linked above and verified on the explorer.
